We have now been living in our “Powell” home for nearly two years and want to share with you our wonderful experience with this home builder. Our meetings with Randy, Steve and their staff regarding special features and additives were always positive and nearly always accomplished. Even after moving into our home they fully and quickly responded to any problems with corrections with a no hassle approach. They most surely build a quality home and provide assistance and support when needed. We very much enjoyed this experience and still maintain a friendly relationship with this builder – Powell Homes. Finally, without any hesitation, we would have Powell Custom Homes build our next house.
