Jason Babin

Jason, before all else, is a family man. He and his wife, Sara, have three children, Maddux, Talan, and Bronson. He attributes his entrepreneurial spirit and unique work ethic to his late father. He is incredibly grateful for his family’s support throughout his 12 year NFL career and through his new endeavors.

Jason’s post-NFL career began prior to the 2004 NFL draft with the inception of Bronco Development, which specializes in master-planned communities, custom homes, and light commercial properties. The subsidiary company, Premier Properties runs the multi-family, student housing, and property management divisions.

Jason and business partner, Artie Wilcox purchased Powell Custom Homes in 2018. They have since integrated new systems and technologies to enhance the customer experience throughout the custom home building process. Their youthful optimism creates a fresh and unique culture at Powell Custom Homes.

In addition to Powell Custom Homes, Jason also owns RedZone Realty Group in Jacksonville, FL and will soon be expanding to Mattawan, MI and Orlando, FL.
